If you have a great sounding bootleg, and would like to make it available to visitors of TheElms.net, send it in using the instructions below. THE ELMS or TheElms.net will never pay to purchase your bootlegs from you, nor will they make them available for sale.

THE ELMS' LIVE RECORDING POLICY:
THE ELMS do permit audio taping of live performances so long as it does not conflict with the venue, or technical or safety aspects of a show. THE ELMS do not allow direct soundboard patches. Videotaping is currently allowed assuming no clearances are necessary from venue. THE ELMS do support free trading of live recordings for non-commercial purposes.
