THE ELMS' LIVE PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
THE ELMS do permit and encourage photography at their shows, so long as it does not conflict with venue policies. If you take great photos of the band at a show, and would like them to possibly appear in the artwork on this site, send them to TheElmsPhotos@gmail.com. Photos should not exceed 1500x1500 dimensionally, and should be no more than 1mb in size. Please include your name in the email should you desire credit for the photo, and the city and date on which you took the photo. By submitting your photos, you agree to let them be perpetuated, free of charge, on TheElms.net.
THE ELMS' LIVE TAPING POLICY:
THE ELMS do permit audio taping of live performances so long as it does not conflict with venue policies, or technical or safety aspects of a show. THE ELMS do not allow direct soundboard patches. Videotaping is currently allowed assuming no clearances are necessary from venue. THE ELMS do support free trading of live recordings for non-commercial purposes. If your tape sounds cool, let us hear it.
